Joining one of our sessions

If you would like to come along to a session please find all the info below with download links to relevant documentation.

We ask you to please email us to let us know you will be attending – info@walkingfootballbeford.co.uk

The sessions are recreational, inclusive fun Sessions - open to all ages, abilities and fitness levels. It's not a perfect science just the chance to get out and kick a ball around... it may help your fitness, give you the chance to meet people, have a laugh - please take from it what you want!

We ask you to please take it steady and ease your way in to playing – it is a different dynamic - there are warm up exercises on our website – please do some basic stretching for calf, hamstrings and quads before you start. We ask everyone to bring an old pair of gloves to use when taking their turn in goal.

Joining Information

General Details

  • Cost: £4 cash per Session - pay as you play.
  • What to Wear: You need trainers or astro boots to play in, please wear something comfortable - we supply bibs for the games.
  • Facilities: There are toilets at all venues. We have an action plan in place for the Emergency Services and defibrillators at all sites.
  • Attendence: If you are unable to attend any session - we ask you to let us know.

Car Parking

  • For Gordon Fields we suggest you park on Park Avenue or St Augustines or Brickhill Drive or Larkway and walk through. The old Pilgrim School site has barriers - we can't guarantee you can get out.
  • Parking at Kempston Rovers is in the club car park
